This tool needs a server. The file is sent over an encrypted connection and kept in your account while the request is open, and the signed copy is kept there too. Needs a free account to send. Signers don't need one.

About this tool

Do the people signing need an account?
No. Each signer gets their own link and signs in the browser — no account, nothing to install.
Why do I need an account to send one?
Your requests, their status and the signed copies are kept in your account so you can follow them and download the result. Signing up is free.
Is this a legally binding signature?
It is a simple electronic signature: each signer agrees to sign electronically, adds their signature, and every step is recorded in an audit trail that is attached to the signed PDF as a certificate page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. Whether that is enough for a particular document depends on the document and where it is used.
Can I send it without knowing someone's email?
Yes. Leave the email empty and copy their link to send yourself.
Can I see it before everyone has signed?
Yes — download the partially signed copy as soon as the first person signs.
What happens to my file?
It is uploaded over an encrypted connection and kept in your account, because the request needs it until everyone has signed; the signed copy is added to your files as well. Delete either whenever you like.
