How to rotate PDF pages

  1. Drop a PDF onto the page, or choose one from your machine. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Turn a page with the arrows on its thumbnail, or select pages and use Rotate left and Rotate right to turn them together.
  3. Download the rotated PDF. Undo, Redo and Reset are there until you do.

About this tool

Does rotating a PDF lose any quality?
No. The page is not re-drawn — the turn is written into the file as the orientation of the page itself, so text stays text and a scan keeps every pixel it arrived with. Pages you leave alone are not touched at all.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Every thumbnail carries its own pair of arrows. That is the commonest reason to open this tool — one scan in a long document came in sideways.
How do I turn every landscape page at once?
Set the Apply to filter to Landscape. It selects every page currently lying on its side, and the two rotate buttons then act on just those.
Will the rotation hold in other PDF readers?
Yes. It is stored as the orientation of the page, not as a view setting, so the document opens the right way up everywhere and prints that way too.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The whole rotation happens in this browser tab and the file never leaves your device.
